計劃分為四個部份：

(1) Complete the application form. For interested preschools, please complete the form at the beginning of every academic year and then send or fax to us

(2) Complete the tests for the students at least twice an academic year.

(三) 加深了解根據小童的個人成績令教師及家長了解小童運動能力狀況。

(四) 獎勵每年結束前或在七月期間, 計算各小童全年的成績。根據他們在全年中得到的最好成績達到指定標準銀, 銅及參與獎證書。每位參與此計劃的小童都可獲發證書。
